| Die Brauerei wurde am 27. März 1907 in Rudolstadt gegründet. Das Kapital bestand aus 200 Aktien zu je 1.000 Mark. Daneben standen Hypotheken von 134.800 Mark zu Buche. Die Gesellschaft besaß die Brauerei in Schaala sowie das Haus Hartung und die Gaststädte Gambrinus in Rudolstadt. Nachdem kein einziges Mal Dividende gezahlt worden war, verlor sich die Spur der Gesellschaft während des Ersten Weltkrieges. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The brewery was incorporated in Rudolstadt on 27 March 1907. The capital of 200,000 marks was split into 200 shares of 1,000 Marks each. Furthermore the company had a mortgage of 134,800 Marks. The company owned the brewery in Schaale, the Haus Hartung and the restaurant Gambrinus in Rudolstadt. A dividend has never been paid.
