| Zweck der Gesellschaft war der Erwerb, die Erneuerung und der Betrieb des schon damals traditionsreichen Luxushotels. Der Tempel des Sonnengottes Ra zog zahlreiche Pilger in die unterägyptische Stadt Heliopolis. So brauchte sich das Hotel um seine Auslastung keine Sorgen zu machen.
