| Die Gesellschaft wurde 1866 gegründet. 1872 wurde die 33 Meilen lange Strecke von Montgomery nach Kingston (New York) eröffnet. 1877 kam es zur Reorganisation der Gesellschaft unter gleichem Namen, allerdings im Besitz der North River Construction Company. | The company was founded in 1866. It opened the 33 mile long railroad from Montgomery to Kingston (New York) in 1872. The company was reorganised under the same name in 1877. It was in ownership of the North River Construction Company.
