| Das Papier stammt aus der ersten Anleihe-Emission. Die Firma war eine große Kaufhausgesellschaft in Paris. Sie hatte Alfons Mucha 1897, also während des Höhepunktes seiner Pariser Zeit, beauftragt, eine Vorlage für den geplanten Wertpapierdruck zu liefern. Dieser Entwurf wurde dann sowohl für die Aktien, als auch für die Anleihen der Gesellschaft verwendet. Alfons Mucha wird von vielen als der bedeutendste Jugendstilkünstler bezeichnet. | ||||
| The paper comes from the first bond issue. The company was a large department store society in Paris. In 1897, at the heyday of his time in Paris so-to-speak, Alfons Mucha was given the order to supply a model for the planned paper print. This particular model was used then not only for the shares but for the bonds of the society as well. Alfons Mucha is seen by many as the most important Art Nouveau-artist. | ||||
