| Das Unternehmen wurde im Februar 1855 gegründet. Die geplante Eisenbahn verlief von Mount Vernon (nähe Jefferson County) bis zur Illinois Central Line Railroad, wo sie Anschluss an diese haben sollte. Mit dem Bau der Bahnline wurde aber erst gar nicht begonnen. | ||||
