Both items are R10. The technical high-end mil was built at a 15 hectare large plot at the Englischer Garten in Munich in 1872. The property also covered the estates Dianabad, Maffeiwiese and Himmelreich. The property at the Tivoli-, Öttinger-, Karolinen- and Theodorparkstraße was parcelled and sold as building lot in 1910/11. Below the flour mill the company took over a hydroelectric plant, which is still in operation. The company bought another mill in Upper Palatinate in 1956. The Tivoli mill in Munich was closed and degraded in 1969. At the place, where the mill was, the new office building of the Bayerische Vereinsbank (Tucherpark) was built. The Tucherpark areal was sold to Commerz Real in 2019. The name of the company was changed to TIVOLI Handels- und Grundstücks-AG in 1970. The company was active in real estate business, as well as in the trading of corn, fodder and fertilizer. The HypoVereinsbank is the major shareholder of the company. Für beide Stücke gilt: R10. Bereits 1872 entstand auf einem rund 15 Hektar großen Grundstück am Englischen Garten in Mün- chen die Kunstmühle. Das Grundstück umfasste auch die Anwesen Dianabad, Maffeiwiese und Him- melreich. In den Jahren 1910/11 wurden die Grundstücke an der Tivoli-, Öttingen-, Karolinen- und Theodorparkstraße parzelliert und als Bauplätze verkauft. Unterhalb der Weizenmühle übernahm die Firma ein Wasserkraftwerk, das noch heute in Betrieb ist. Die Gesell- schaft erwarb 1956 eine weitere Mühle in der Oberpfalz. Die Tivoli-Mühle in München wurde 1969 stillgelegt und abgerissen. An der Stelle entstand das Hauptverwaltungsgebäude der Bayerischen Vereinsbank (Tucherpark). Das Tucherpark-Areal wurde 2019 an Com- merz Real verkauft. Ab 1970 lautete die Firma TIVOLI Handels- und Grundstücks-AG. Neben dem Immobilien- geschäft betrieb die Firma den Handel mit Getreide, Fut- ter- und Düngemitteln. Die Aktien der Gesellschaft liegen nahezu komplett bei der HypoVereinsbank.
