The brewery, founded in 1888, and located in the Spessart, is most likely the smallest of all German breweries. It only produced 1,500 hectolitre beer per year. But the company was profitable. It paid almost six per cent dividend per year in the first years. Beginning in 1906, the profitability shrunk, and there was no dividend paid after 1909. The annual meeting of the year 1912 voted for the liquidation of the company. R10! Bei der 1888 gegründeten Brauerei im Spessart handelte es sich wohl um die kleinste Aktien-Brauerei Deutschlands. Der Jahresausstoß lag bei weniger als 1.500 Hektoliter. Aber dennoch erwirtschaftete die Gesellschaft in den ersten Jahren fast immer eine Dividende von 6 Prozent. Erst ab 1906 ließ die Ertragskraft nach und ab 1909 wurden offensichtlich keine Dividenden mehr gezahlt. Die Generalver- sammlung beschloss 1912 die Auflösung der Aktiengesellschaft.
