Randoing. Absolute rarity! R12 as unissued certificate, R10 including issued certificates! The royal factory of Abbeville is one of the first textile factories of the world! On 13 October 1665 the French King Louis XIV gave his minister of finance Jean Baptiste Colbert the order to set up the Royal Fine Cloth Factory of Abbeville. Colbert gave the order to create the manufactur to the Dutch weaver van Rabais. Van Rabais merged many smaller factories to form the textile manufacture. The textile merchant J. Randoing took over the manufacture 184 years later and changed it into a joint stock company. The Founders share was de- signed by J. A. Beauce and engraved by O. Brux. It is performed as wood engraving. Bereits am 13.10.1665 erteilte König Lud- wig XIV. seinem Finanzminister Jean Baptiste Colbert die Order zur Errichtung der Textilmanufaktur. Colbert beauftragte den Hollän- der van Rabais die Textilmanufaktur in Abeville zu errichten. Hierzu legte van Rabais viele kleine Betriebe zusammen. 184 Jahre später übernahm dann der Textilindustrielle J. Randoing die Textilmanufaktur und wandelte diese 1854/55 in eine Aktiengesellschaft um. Die Gründeraktie wurde von J. A. Beauce entworfen und von O. Brux gestochen. Sie ist als Holzstich ausgeführt.
