| Die Gesellschaft wurde am 24.10. bzw. am 02.11.1871 gegründet. Sitz war Berlin. Dem in Berlin herrschenden Wohnungsmangel sollte durch den Bau von Häusern Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Das Kapital betrug bei der Gründung 100.000 Thaler. Die angebotene Aktie stammt aus einer 1872 durchgeführten Kapitalerhöhung auf eine Million Thaler. Mit dem Geld wurden weitere Häuser gekauft und man nahm neue Bauvorhaben zum Beispiel am Frankfurter Tor und am Königstor in Angriff. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
