Die Gesellschaft wurde (vermutlich 1917) in Richmond, Surrey, England gegründet. Im Ersten Weltkrieg baute sie die de Havilland D.H.9, RAF B.E.2a, B.E.2b sowie massenhaft Teile für die Sopwith Pups. Man baute auch einen einzigen Prototyp eines selbst entworfenen 1-sitzigen Aufklärungsflugzeugs. Mit dem Ende des Ersten Weltkriegs war es auch schon vorbei mit Whitehead.
