| Die Gesellschaft baute eine Eisenbahnlinie von Maysville am Fluss Ohio nach Lexington im Zentrum von Kentucky. Die Eisenbahnlinie war von 1850 bis 1856 in Betrieb, als die Gesellschaft in Konkurs ging. Sie wurde in einer Northern und einer Southern Division reorganisiert. Die Northern Division ging 1875 erneut pleite. Sie ging später in der Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company auf, die heute wiederum Teil des Netzes von CSX Transportation ist. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The company built a railway from Maysville on the Ohio River to Lexington at the centre of Kentucky. The railway operated from 1850 to 1856, when it failed. The company was re-established as two separate companies - a Northern and a Southern division. The Northern division failed again in 1875.
