Paddington and Bayswater are London districts, well known by the famous Paddington Station and Queensway with a lot of restaurants. The club seems to be originating in this environment. On 3rd January 1939 the “London Gazette” published the members’ voluntary winding-up. By liquidating the company by the end of 1938 at least “all creditors either have been, or will be, paid in full”.
