Die Gesellschaft wurde 1904 zur Übernahme und Fortführung der Brauerei Georg Zinn in Berka gegründet. Insgesamt war das Grundkapital von
450.000 Mark auf 450 Aktien zu je 1.000 Mark aufgeteilt. Die Gesellschafterversammlung vom 27. Januar 1921 beschloss den Verkauf des Kon-
tingents sowie einen Pachtvertrag mit der Actienbrauerei Eisenach in Eisenach. Im Juni 1925 wurde die Auflösung der Gesellschaft beschlossen.

The company was incorporated by the takeover of the brewery of Georg Zinn in Berka in 1904. The complete share capital amounted to 450,000
Marks and was divided into 450 shares of 1,000 Marks each. On 27 January 1921, the general assembly decided to sell the contingent and to con-
clude a lease contract with the Actienbrauerei Eisenach in Eisenach. The company was dissolved in June 1925.
