Bieten:
Sie haben verschiedene Möglichkeiten, Ihr Gebot abzugeben. Zum
einen können Sie Ihr Schriftgebot bis Montag, 12. November 2012, 12.00
Uhr an uns faxen (0 81 06 - 24 61 88) oder per E-Mail an auktion@hwph.de
senden. Gerne können Sie auch Schriftgebote per Post an uns senden: HWPH
AG, Ingelsberg 17b, 85604 Zorneding, Deutschland. Bitte beachten Sie die
Postlaufzeiten. Gerne können Sie Gebote für die 27.Auktion (Präsenzauktion
am 10. November in Würzburg) und die 28. Auktion (Online-Auktion) auf
einem Bieterformular abgeben. Daneben können Sie gerne auch online über
www.hwph.demitbieten. Bitte beachten Sie hierzu die nachfolgenden Punkte.
Ablauf:
Jedes Los wird einzeln im Internet versteigert. Pro Los benötigen
wir etwa 20 Sekunden. Um die Planung für Sie zu vereinfachen, haben
wir für die einzelnen Bereiche Zeiten festgesetzt, zu denen die betreffen-
de Rubrik frühestens beginnt:

Die Besichtigung der Auktions-
lose ist jederzeit nach Terminabsprache mit der HWPH AG möglich.
Gerne bringen wir auf Wunsch auch Stücke zur Ansicht mit nach Würz-

Registrierung:
Um an der Online-Auktion teilnehmen zu können, müs-
sen Sie sich zunächst registrieren. Für Sammler, die sich bereits für eine
vergangene Auktion registriert hatten, ist dieser Schritt nicht erneut not-
wendig. Registrieren Sie sich rechtzeitig vorher unter www.hwph.de Bitte
loggen Sie sich am Auktionstag auch über unsere Website in das Online-
Auktionstool ein.
Systemvoraussetzungen:
Um online bieten zu können, muss auf Ihrem
Computer Java installiert sein. Gehen Sie bitte rechtzeitig vor der Auktion
ein Mal auf die Seite www.artfact.com und klicken dort auf der Startseite
auf die Schaltfläche „Watch Now“. Anschließend sollte sich in Ihrem In-
ternetbrowser ein neues Fenster öffnen, in dem Sie eine beliebige Auktion
verfolgen können, die gerade über Artfact abläuft.
Kosten:
Für Sammler, die ihre Gebote per Post, Fax oder E-Mail abgeben,
fällt nur die reguläre Auktionsprovision von 15 % zzgl. Umsatzsteuer auf
die Provision an (sieheAuktionsbedingungen auf der vorletzten Seite). Für
Zuschläge, die online erfolgen und für Schriftgebote, die Sie online über
die Website abgeben, fällt zusätzlich eine Gebühr von 3 % plus Umsatz-
steuer für Artfact an.
Abwicklung:
Online- und Präsenzauktion werden gemeinsam nach Ab-
schluss der Online-Auktion abgewickelt.

You have several possibilities to place your bid. You can place
your absentee bid via Fax (+49 - 81 06 - 24 61 88) or E-Mail: auktion@
hwph.de. You can also send your bid by mail to: HWPH AG, Ingelsberg
17b, D-85604 Zorneding, Germany. Please submit your bids in time.
Deadline is Monday, November 12th, noon. You can place the bids for
the 28th auction (Online Auction) together with the bids for the 27th
auction (Public Auction in Würzburg) at one bid sheet. You have also the
possibility to bid via www.hwph.de. Please notice the following informa-
tion about the online bidding.
Termination:
Every lot will be auctioned online via our website (www.
hwph.de). We need about 20 seconds per lot. To make planning easier for
you, we have created a time schedule:

Registration:
To take part in the Online Auction, you have to register.
Collectors who already registered for one of our last auctions do not have
to register again. Collectors who have not yet registered, can do the re-
gistration through our website: www.hwph.de. In this case please login
via www.hwph.de only at the auction date. Please register in time before
the auction date!
System requirements:
To bid online there must be Java installed at your
computer. Please visit the site www.artfact.com a few days before the auc-
tion and click the „Watch Now“ Button at the homepage. After your click
a new window will open and you will be able to watch a random auction
which is processed then. If this works you should have no problem with
bidding later.
Costs:
For collectors who place bids via mail, fax or email there applies
the regular auction fee of 15 % plus 19 %VAT on the fee (see also the auc-
tion terms in English language at the catalogue of auction 19). For items
won via live bidding in the internet and absentee bids through our website
you have to pay an additional fee of 3 % plus 19 % VAT on the fee. This
fee is for the artfact service.
Settlement:
We settle both auctions together after auction 28 (Online-
Auction, November 13th) is finished.
