| William Travers Jerome (1859 - 1934) war ein amerikanischer Anwalt und Politiker. Von 1902 bis 1909 war er New York County District Attorney und führte eine Kampagne gegen Korruption und Verbrechen in der Politik. Er führte die Razzien oft persönlich an, insbesondere eine in einem Spielkasino des prominenten Geschäftsmannes und Kunstsammlers Richard Albert Canfield. | ||||
