| Bereits 1896 experimentierten Michel und Eugène Werner an Motorrädern herum. 1902 fertigten sie dann das erste Bike, bei dem der Motor im Rahmen verankert war. Nach der Übernahme durch britische Investoren fokussierte sich die Firma auf den Bau von Pkws. Mit dem Ausbruch des Ersten Weltkrieges 1914 ging die Firma in Konkurs. | ||||
| Michel and Eugène Werner experimented with motor bicycles as early as 1896. They produced the first motor cycle with the engine incorporated into the frame in 1902. It was acquired by British investors and went on to manufacture motor cars. The company went bankrupt in 1914. | ||||
