Zweck war die Fabrikation von Zigaretten und sonstigen Tabakfabrikaten sowie der Handel mit diesen Artikeln, insbesondere die Fortführung des bisher unter der Firma Andreas Avramikos & Co. zu Hamburg betriebenen Handelsgeschäftes.
