Die Bahnstrecke der Gesellschaft verlief im Süd-Osten Kubas und war rund 100 Kilometer lang. Sie führte von Santiago de Cuba nach Guantanamo. Im Jahr 1903 haben die USA die Bucht von Guantanamo als Flottenstützpunkt gepachtet. Noch heute existiert dort ein Gefangenenlager.
The company owned and operated a railway in the south-eastern part of Cuba. The railway track was 100 kilometres long and led from Santiago de Cuba to Guantanamo. The United States rent the Guantanamo Bay as naval basis in 1903. They operate a prison there still nowadays.
