Auf der Aktie sind zwei Bergleute kniend vor dem König abgebildet. Neben einer Lore ist weiteres Handwerkszeug zu sehen. Die rückseitige Übersetzung besagt, dass seine Majestät von Spanien am 25.04.1795 Herrn Johann Martin Hoppensack und seinen Mit-Interessenten die Nutzung der Minen und sonstiger Erzgänge von der Guadalcanaler und Cazaller Revier gebilligt hat.
At the share certificate we can see two mining workers kneeing in front of the king. Beside a wagon there is shown a further tool. The German translation on back tells us, that his majesty of Spain allowed Mr. Johann Martin Hoppensack and his interested parties the use of the mines and lodes at Guadalcanal and Cazall District on 27 April 1795.
