 Das Geld aus der Anleihe wurde zum Bau der Tientsin-Pukow-Eisenbahn verwendet. Diese diente als Verbindung der bestehenden Linien im Norden Chinas mit dem Shanghai-Nanking-System.

 The proceedings of the bond was used to finance the Tientsin-Pukow-Railway. This railway linked the existing lines in the north of China with the Shanghai-Nanking-System.
