Historia (Niemiecki)
 1898 wurde die Gesellschaft als Cooper, Cooper & Johnson Ltd. gegründet. Ziel war die Übernahme der Aktivitäten der Cooper, Cooper & Co. Ltd., der Ceylon & Oriental Estates Co. Ltd. sowie der Pallikelle Ceylon Estates Ltd. Das Unternehmen, welches in Ceylon Tee, Kautschuk, Kakao und Kokosnüsse anbaute, ging bereits 1900 in Liquidation. 1904 wurde das Verfahren jedoch unterbrochen und die Geschäfte gingen weiter. 1908 wurde der Firmenname dann in Rajawella Produce Company Limited geändert.

 Initially the company was registered as Cooper, Cooper & Johnson Ltd. in 1898. It was formed to acquire undertakings of Cooper, Cooper & Co. Ltd., Ceylon & Oriental Estates Co. Ltd. and Pallikelle Ceylon Estates Ltd. The company, cultivating tea, rubber, cocoa and coconuts in Ceylon, went into liquidation in 1900. In 1904, proceedings were stayed, in 1908, the company's name was changed to Rajawella Produce Company Limited.
