 Die Gesellschaft wurde im Oktober 1922 als Litoskrat AG Oranienburg gegründet. Im März 1923 wurde die oHG C. J. Abstoß & Sohn übernommen. Es wurden elektrische Starkstromapparate sowie Installationsmaterial hergestellt. 1925 ging das Unternehmen in Konkurs.
