 Antwerpen, 13.08.1723, Gründeraktie über 1.000 Gulden, #3301, 31,7 x 20 cm, schwarz, weiß, kleine Randeinrisse, Rand etwas gestaucht herrlicher Kupferstich mit Wappen, die Summe von 1.000 Gulden wurde in vier Raten á 250 Gulden eingezahlt, was auf der Aktie dokumentiert ist, Original-Signaturen, unter anderem von Pietro de Proli. Es gibt mindestens vier verschiedene Wasserzeichen bei den Papieren der Kaiserlich Indischen Compagnie. Im vorliegenden Fall ist dies der Schriftzug "HONIG".

 Antwerp, 13 August 1723, Founder's Share of 1,000 Gulden, #3301, 31.7 x 20 cm, black, white, edge a bid clinched, small tears, nice copper engraving with coat of arms, the sum of 1,000 Gulden was paid in four payments of 250 Gulden each, this is documented at the Share, original signatures, one of Pietro de Proli. There were at least four different water marks used for the Shares of the Kaiserlich Indische Compagnie. The offered paper has the watermark "HONIG".

 Für die Anteile am Liquidationserlös wurden Zertifikate herausgegeben, die den Dividendenscheinen sehr ähnlich sehen, aber einen anderen Text aufweisen. Dieser Liquidationsschein verbriefte eine Auszahlung von sechs Prozent auf acht Aktien.

 For the part of the liquidation proceedings the company issued certificates which were very similar to the dividend warrants. But the liquidation certificates show a different text. This liquidation certificate represented a payoff of six per cent for eight shares.
