 Die Gesellschaft mit Sitz in Liverpool wurde 1909 gegründet und mit britischem Kapital finanziert. Sie übernahm eine Rollschuhbahn im Hippodrom am Boulevard de Clichy. 1911 wurde die Firma bereits wieder aufgelöst.

 The company had its headquarters in Liverpool and was incorporated in 1909. It was financed with British capital. The company took over a skating rink in the Hippodrome at the Boulevard de Clichy. It was liquidated in 1911.
